Our Journey & Offerings
- Founded in 2015, we’ve grown to serve individuals and communities across Canada and beyond.
- Officially registered as a spiritual social enterprise in 2021.
- Provides holistic training,one-on-one healing sessions, healing circles, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and psychological health & safety consultations.
- Offers personalized sacred health care, coaching, and spiritual therapy—both in person and online.

To support individuals and organizations on their journey to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. SHWN bring together a diverse network of Elders, healers, and experts—combining western philosophy, modern and ancient healing practices—to provide accessible, culturally sensitive, and holistic care.

OUR FOUNDER
Harthor Ra
Hathor-Ra, a seasoned expert in Mental and Spiritual Wellness, brings over 20 years of experience in Leadership, Human Services, and Trauma Healing. With a deep commitment to Black health equity, she has passionately served communities across Canada, advocating for mental wellness and healing through an African Indigenous lens.
As a Spiritual Doula, BodyTalk Practitioner (student), Mental Health Instructor and Founder of Sacred Health and Wellness Network, Hathor-Ra dedicates her life to fostering spiritual healing and mental wellness across Canada for all communities. She actively participates in national and provincial initiatives aimed at promoting health equity, and creating wellness for all Bodies.
Hathor-Ra’s work emphasizes health equity and community healing, striving to achieve sacred health and wellness for all. She believes firmly that “Wellness is Your Birthright.”
